Justine is a Golden Eagle senior with the potential to coninue to make a solid impact at Tech...was a strong competitor in sprints and relays in high school and has carried on that same competitive level during her first three collegiate seasons.

AT TECH (In 2011-2012): Justine competed in the 55 meter, 60 meter, and the 200 meter during the indoor season and the 100 meter and 200 meter during the outdoor season for the Golden Eagles... during the indoor season she set two season-best records, the first in the 55 meter with a time of 7.69 during the OVC Championships and the other in the 60 meter with a time of 8.32 at the Southern Illinois Invitational which also ranks as her personal best in the 60 meter... she also set a personal best in the in the 200 meter at the OVC Championships with a time of 27.30... during the outdoor season she completed the 100 meter with a season-best time of 12.79 and the 200 meter with a season-best time of 26.45, both of which marked her personal best time in the respective races... she also contributed to the season-best time of 49.93 during the Vanderbilt Invitational as part of the 4x100 relay squad... at the Vanderbilt Invitational she ran the 200 meter finishing with a time of 26.46... she also completed the 100 meter in 12.90 at both the Tennessee State Invitational and the OVC Championships. 

(In 2010-11): Justin competed in the 55 meter dash, 60 meter dash, 200 meter and long jump during indoor track season and took part in the 100 meter, 200 meter and long jump in outdoor season...ran a season-best 27.45 in the 200 meter at Austin Peay and posted a season-best 15'9.5'' in the long jump at Sewanee.

(In 2009-10): Justine ran sprints and relays in her first campaign with Tech track and field...ran the 55m and 200m in the indoor season...achieved a career-best time in the 55m of 7.63 at the OVC indoor meet after improving in that event in every meet over the season...best time in the 200m also came at the OVC indoor meet of 27.60...most productive meeting of the outdoor season came at the OVC Championships, as she clocked in at 13.03 in the 100m dash and 26.90 in the 200m dash...was a participant on two 4X100m relay squads which set school records in 2010...at Jacksonville State, her squad set a mark of 49.63, and at Vanderbilt, her team finished in 48.38, the fastest time ever at Tech in that event. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Justine comes to Tech from Anderson County High School in Clinton...won most-valuable-sprinter and state runner-up honors while competing for the Lady Mavericks...also participated in the 100m and 200m dashes and the relays...best 100m time was 13.03 and posted a best 200m time of 27.3.

PERSONAL: The daughter of Justin and Sheryl Phillips...full name is Morgan Justine Phillips...birthdate is March 9, 1990...majoring in biology/health sciences.
