AT TECH: - (2010-11): Amelia ran in all seven meets the Golden Eagles participated in during the fall cross country season...ran several really strong meets...placed second on the squad in the opening meet at Sewanee and closed the season by placing second at the NCAA South Regionals...set her career-best time of 20:09.29 at Evansville.
HIGH SCHOOL: Amelia competed in her prep career at Cumberland County High School in nearby Crossville...lettered four seasons in cross country and three seasons in track for coaches Pat Koehl and Louie DeLorenzo...named MVP for the Jets' cross-country squad all four years, and also named MVP of the track team, all section, in her freshman through junior seasons...also an achiever in the classroom.
