AT TECH - (In 2008-09): Ashley competed in all seven events during the fall cross country season...best time of the season was at Evansville with a finish of 19:43.91...competed in three events during the spring indoor track season - the mile run, and the 3,000m and 5,000m runs...personal career-best marks were reached in all three...achieved a time of 5:56.07 in the mile run at TSU...in the 3,000m run, set a best time of 11:17.32 at the OVC Indoor meet...accomplished a mark of 19:07.26 in the 5,000m run at the OVC Indoor meet...ran in the 3,000m and 5,000m runs, the 3,000m Steeplechase and the 10,000m run during the outdoor season...posted a best time in the 3,000m run of 11:41.29 at TSU...in the 5,000m run, achieved a season-best time of 19:21.70 at Winthrop...set a career-best mark in the steeplechase at Austin Peay with a 12:41.79 time...clocked in a time of 42:04 in the 10,000m at the OVC Outdoor meet.

(2007-08): Ran in all seven meets during her junior season of cross country...finished third or fourth on the squad in every event...season's best time was a 20:02 showing at the Old-Timer's Meet at Western Kentucky...finished third on the team in 20:21.11 at the OVC Championships...ran in the mile run, the 3,000m, and the 5,000m events during the spring indoor season...placed the squad's second-best time of the season in the 5,000m event with 19:38.93 finish in the OVC Championships...her best time in the mile run came at Sewanee with a 6:15.91 finish...finished with a personal season-best time of 11:24.38 in the 3,000m at the OVC Championships...participated in four meets during the outdoor season...her season-best time in 3,000m was 11:40.46 at the TSU Invitational...had the squad's second-best seasonal times in the 5,000m and the 10,000m at the OVC Championships with finishes of 19:23.97 and 40:04.38 respectively...also had the team's second-best finish of the season in the Steeplechase with a time of 13:03.40 at TSU.

(2006-07): A regular in the Tech cross country lineup, running in all seven meets and placed in the team's top five finishers five times, including two events where she was third on the squad...had a 21:38 at Vanderbilt to place third on the team, then eclipsed that with a 21:35 performance at the OVC Championships to place fourth on the team and 57th overall...sat out the entire 2007 track & field season due to injury.

(2005-06): Ran fourth on the team in nearly every cross country meet until the final event, when she raced to the front and was Tech's top finisher at the OVC Championships...ran a career-best 19:42.58 to place 35th overall...saw limited action during the 2006 indoor season, running the 800m at the Sewanee Invitational and the mile at the OVC Championships...competed in four meets during outdoor schedule...had best times of 5:22.54 at 1,500m and 11:33.05 at 3,000m at the TSU Invitational...ran a season-best 19:15.21 at Vanderbilt...posted the team's best time of 39:02.95 at 10,000m at OVC Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in both cross country and track & field at University School at Jackson, and also lettered on the tennis team...named the MVP of the cross country team all four seasons, and twice received the track team?s MVP award...Ashley was crowned the all-West champion and the regional champion twice each in cross country...finished in the Top 12 every year at the TSSAA state meet, including twice placing in the Top 5...on the tennis court she was state runnerup twice.
