In 2014 (Junior): Taylor was third among pitchers with 22 appearances, starting 6 games for the Golden Eagles…pitched two complete games including a shutout…posted a 4.79 ERA in 49.2 innings of work…hurled a complete-game shutout with a season-high four strikeouts in earning a win to sweep Holy Cross in a doubleheader on Mar. 5…went the distance, giving up one earned back on Mar. 11 against Lipscomb…did not allow an earned run in 3.1 innings of work, surrendering just one hit against Western Kentucky on Mar. 12…tossed an inning and two-thirds hitless ball against Eastern Illinois on Mar. 23.

In 2013 (Sophomore): Taylor appeared in a team leading 30 games inside the circle, starting in 25 for the Golden Eagles…named team's Pitcher of the Year...posted a 15-10 record with a team leading 2.71 ERA…took home OVC Pitcher of the Week honors on Feb. 11...completed a Golden Eagle high 16 games, including three shutouts…tossed 147.1 innings, surrendering 126 hits…struck out a team leading 75 batters…opponents hit .223 against Taylor…went the distance, allowing just one hit and one unearned run in a win against Akron on Feb. 10…pitched a complete game, surrendering one run in a win against Mercer on Feb. 16…complete game shutout, striking out a season high seven batters in a win against Northern Kentucky on Feb. 22…tossed complete game victories on consecutive days against LIU Brooklyn on Mar. 9 and Providence on Mar. 10…threw four shutout innings with four strikeouts to earn the victory against Thomas University on Mar. 13…struck out four in five innings of work to earn the win against Eastern Kentucky on Mar. 29…went the distance without allowing an earned run in a win against Eastern Kentucky on Mar. 30…tossed a complete game, allowing one run, and scattering four hits to earn the victory against Southeast Missouri on Apr. 7…struck out four and surrendered three hits in a complete game shutout against Austin Peay on Apr. 16…earned the win in a complete game, three-run, four-strikeout performance against Tennessee State on Apr. 28. 

In 2012 (Freshman): Taylor started in 13 games of the 22 she appeared in for the Golden Eagles... in her 71.1 innings pitched she struck out 38 batters and only allowed for 28 walks recording three wins... earned the third highest ERA for the team with a 3.04... led the team with seven hit batters... pitching her first complete game of the year, Taylor also pitched the best game of her career against Southeast Missouri allowing just one earned run in her first career victory and striking out at least one batter in each of her seven innings.

High School: In her senior year at Newcastle High School, Taylor was named to the Oklahoma All-State Team following a dominant season, winning 26 games with a 1.03 ERA including two no-hitters and 15 shutouts...she struck out 243 batters in 198 innings pitched and walked just 22...Taylor was named Newcastle’s Wendy’s Heisman athlete and was awarded the Sooner Conference Defensive Player of the Year as she led her team to the State semi-finals.

Personal: Taylor Diane Ketchum is the daughter of Brent Ketchum and Terri Scott of Newcastle, Okla...birthday is Feburary 6, 1993...three times named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll...once named to the OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll...majoring in biology.
