Men's Golf

A newcomer who looks to make an immediate impact on the Golden Eagle program, Bryce brings a tremendous enthusiasm to the team with an excellent work ethic...has continually improved each year since taking up the game.

2012-13: Bryce competed in seven tournaments in his first year as a Golden Eagle and made an instant impact on the team. His average of 75.26 led the squad for the year as he was named the team's Most Improved Player and Long Hitter. His best tournament of his freshman campaign was his last of the year as he carded a 71+73+70=214 at the TSU Big Blue Intercollegiate to finish two-under-par and t-15th out of 93 competitors. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Bryce was four-year captain and letterman on the golf team for coaches Johnny Cox and his father, David Kendrick, at Grace Christian Academy in Knoxville...received MVP honors all four seasons...also lettered four years on the GCA basketball team...is a three-time all-region player...also earned all-state honors as a senior...placed second in the TSSAA state tournament with a 36-hole total of four-under par as a senior....earned a fourth place finish in the 2011 Prep Xtra Masters.

PERSONAL: Bryce is the son of David and Elizabeth Kendrick of Knoxville...an Honor student...full name is Bryce Jennings Kendrick...birthdate is February 2, 1994...majoring in mechanical engineering.
