At Tech in 2008-09: Wes played in nine tournaments in 2008-09 and averaged 75.8…shot even par in two tournaments, including the F&M Bank APSU Intercollegiate and the Big Blue Invitational…best finish was a tie for 10th out of 72 golfers at the Big Blue Invitational…finished in a tie for 17th out of 92 golfers at the APSU Intercollegiate…average round was four-over for the year.

AT TECH -- In 2007-08: Wes qualified to compete in four tournaments as a sophomore, including the OVC Championships...played in 12 rounds and posted a 75.6 stroke average...shot five rounds under par, including best of 68 in the JSU National Invitational to open the fall schedule...tied for 18th at the event with 74-68-77--219 total...was 31st overall at the OVC meet...overcame an opening round 83 to finish with 79 and 74 for a 236.

In 2006-07: Wes qualified to play in two tournaments in his freshman season and played six rounds in tourney competition...stroke average of 76.6...low round was 75 on the opening day of the Birmingham Southern Shootout (Feb. 26), which was his first collegiate round...tied for 29th at BSC Shootout and was tied for 34th at the TSU Intercollegiate.

High School: Earned four letters under three different coaches at Cookeville High School, helping win the 2004 regional championships and grab a regional runner-up victory in the 2005 season...named the 2004 Brentwood Invitational Champion and ranked fourth in his district during the 2005 season...competed in the TGA State Junior Amateur from 2003-2005…average for the 2005 season was 76.
