2013-14 (Sophomore – Eastern Florida State College): Rowe started all 30 games he played in, averaging 14.3 points per game… led the team in scoring as well as assists, dishing out 3.6 dimes per contest… collected NJCAA Region 8/FCSAA Player of the Week honors as well as several honorable mentions… helped lead the Titans to their second straight conference championship… shot 39.7 percent from the floor and 38.0 percent from behind the arc… also shot 75.2 percent from the charity stripe, sinking 106-of-141 attempts… totaled 89 rebounds to average 3.0 per game… sported an assist to turnover ratio of 2.1… dropped a career-high 35 points against Cape Fear C.C. (Dec. 6)… grabbed a career-best nine rebounds in a win over Miami Dade College (Feb. 15)… recorded at least one assist in all but one game on the year, including a career-high seven against TAAG Academy (Nov. 16)… finished with 20+ points in five games, and scored in double figures in all but seven contests.

High School: Rowe played point guard at Central Park Christian High School, leading the team to a 30-4 record and national championship… named NACA All-American after averaging 17.6 points and eight assists as a senior… also named team MVP… averaged 14.5 points, seven assists and three rebounds during his career at CPCHS.
