Started four games and played in 30 in his first year with the Golden Eagles...scored an average of 3.5 points per game...earned an academic award for posting a 4.0 grade-point average in the fall semester...scored in double-figures in three games, including a season-high 18 points against Tennessee-Martin on Jan. 13...shot 59 percent (41-for-69) from the field and 80 percent (20-for-25) from the free-throw line...averaged 1.8 rebounds per game with a season-high nine against Tennessee-Martin on Jan. 13.

HIGH SCHOOL:                                                                                                     
Began his basketball career in the second grade of elementary school with the youth team of sports club TSV Unterhaching, a small town near Munich...played there until 2007 when he joined the basketball club “Franken Hexer” in Nuernberg...averaged 18 points, eight rebounds and two steals per game in the NBBL and was selected to play in the All-Star Game (the equivalent to the USA’s McDonald’s High School All-Star Game), scoring 13 points in that spotlight event...in his NBBL Final Four contest, Ogbe chipped in with 23 points and nine rebounds.
