Men's Basketball

2010-11 (SOPHOMORE):                                                                                                   
Started 28 games and played in 32...averaged 4.1 points per game...
was the recipient of the Golden Eagle Award for overall contributions to the team...ranked 14th in the OVC in both rebounding and offensive rebounding, averaging 4.9 boards per contest and snatching 1.8 second-chances off the offensive glass...grabbed double-figure rebounds on four occasions, including a season-high 12 at Southeast Missouri on Jan. 29...scored a season-high nine points on three different occasions, all of which came in conference play...shot 46 percent from the field and played an average of 21.8 minutes per game.

2009-10 (FRESHMAN):                                                                                    
Started 17 games, appearing in 28 and logging 555 minutes for the year...notched an average of 4.2 points and 4.3 rebounds per game as a forward...also picked up 11 blocks and 120 total rebounds on the season, ranking third on the team in offensive rebounds with 54...was given the Golden Eagle Award at the end of the season for his contributions.

HIGH SCHOOL:                                                                                                     
Earned four letters in basketball at Riverdale High School under coach Derrick Powell…averaged 11.3 points, 10 rebounds, five assists and two blocks per game his senior season…earned team ‘best all-around player’ honors…led his team to a 24-7 record his junior season and a class 4A region championship…also excelled in the classroom, finishing high school with a 3.1 GPA…was high school teammate of fellow Tech junior Jud Dillard.
