After seeing limited action in his first season in 2012, Harrison began to work his way onto the field for larger opportunities in 2013...has been making plenty of noise in the spring and off-season, and could be a key piece in Tech’s defensive schemes in 2014...has increased his strength and size and has worked himself to second on the depth chart at the outside linebacker/defensive end position...excellent size and range.

AT TECH (IN 2013): Harrison saw action in every game of his sophomore season and earn the starting nod at Wisconsin...his ability to become a game-changer showed against UT Martin when he had a quarterback sack for a loss of nine yards as well as forced a fumble...had four tackles the week before for his season-high against Murray State...finished the season with 13 total tackles, including six tackles-for-loss.

(IN 2012): Played in four games in his rookie season... made his first career tackle against North Greenville...saw playing time on special teams.

IN HIGH SCHOOL: A starter as a defensive end as well as a special teams mainstay for coach Andre Parker at Winton Woods High School in Cincinnati, Harrison was named first-team Fort Ancient Valley All-Conference and also received the FAVC Academic Award. He helped the Warriors win their first-ever Ohio Division II state championship as a sophomore in 2009 with a 13-2 record. As a senior, he led the team with 10 quarterback sacks.

PERSONAL: The son of Kevin and Caryn Reid...enrolled in general curriculum...full name is Harrison Lamar Shim Reid....born April 25, 1994.
