A preseason all-OVC selection by College Sports Madness, Bill moves from cornerback to rover in 2012 and should be a fixture in the lineup...gained tremendous experience when he was promoted to the starting assignment...started in 10 games, missing the Southeast Missouri contest due to a concussion...has the tools needed to be an outstanding defender...great vision on the field and excellent ability to make plays.

AT TECH (IN 2012): Started in the 10 of 11 games he played for the Golden Eagles...ranked fifth on the team and 13th in the OVC with 73 total tackles, including 26 unassisted stops...averaged better than seven tackles per game...had one interception and broke up five pass attempts...achieved double-digit tackles in three games, including a season-high 16 tackles at home against Eastern Kentucky on Oct. 20.

Before Tech: William earned letters in Football and Basketball at Vestava Hills High School in Birmingham, Ala.... averaged 12.4 points and 3.2 rebounds per game... his 2009 team won the State Championship... won the Regional Championship in 2011.
