AT TECH (IN 2012): Played in eight of the 11 games for Tech... made 27 tackles, 13 unassisted... forced one fumble and broke up two passes... had a season-high 15 tackles on Nov. 10, against UT-Martin at Tucker Stadium.
IN HIGH SCHOOL: A speedster in the secondary for coach Tony Brunetti at Pearl-Cohn High School, Demario is a three-year letterwinner for the Firebirds while attending Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet School in Nashville. Demario was a two-time all-district selection as a junior and senior, and added all-city and All-Mid-State honors as a senior. He finished his final prep campaign with 63 total tackles and seven interceptions to lead Pearl-Cohn.
