Ronquez made his Golden Eagle playing debut in 2010 and saw action on the field in four games...enjoyed some success as a ball carrier during the spring workouts each of the past two years and has pushed himself into a position where he can contribute from several backfield slots...listed third on the depth chart at the "A" back heading into fall camp...a swingback, he runs excellent pass routes out of the backfield and has good hands...helps give Tech a large contingent of talent at his positions...was a redshirt member of the squad in 2008, joining the roster after the start of fall classes...walk-on who worked at developing his strength...member of the Scout Team in 2008...has participated in spring drills the past three years.

AT TECH (In 2010): Got onto the field in four contests in 2010, including games against FBS opponents Arkansas and TCU...also played in the season finale against Jacksonville State...had two carries at Arkansas...spent the rest of the season in a blocking role.

(In 2009): Ronquez was on the roster but did not see any action in the 2009 season.

(In 2008): A late addition to the roster, joining the team after the start of fall semester as a walk-on...worked in the weight room and began the steps toward making himself a contributor...was a redshirt in 2008.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ronquez is a 2008 graduate of Beech High School in Goodlettsville where he lettered in both football and basketball...four-year starter at runningback, cornerback and safety for coach Anthony Crabtree...four-time Sumner County all-county selection...named all-region in 2005 as a sophomore...helped Beech win the Region 6-4A title and reach the TSSAA playoff in both 2005 and 2007.

PERSONAL: The son of Ronnie Williams and Teresa Beech...birthdate is August 22, 1990...full name is Ronquez Beech...majoring in exercise science.
