Thank you for your interest in scheduling the Tennessee Tech Spirit Squad for your upcoming event!
Please fill out the information below, including an email and phone number, to submit your request for an appearance by the TTU Spirit Squad. All appearance requests must be made at least TWO WEEKS in advance of the event. Any request made with less than two weeks advance notice is subject to not being met. You will receive a confirmation email of your request once submitted (this does NOT mean your request has been approved). If approved, you will receive a second email from head coach Sydney Hickerson, along with an invoice. Full payment is due before the time of the event.
Non-University Events and Non-Profit Appearance Rates: $100 for Awesome Eagle, $100 for multiple TTU Cheer/Dance members
University Events Appearance Rates: First 2 appearances free of charge;
Remainder of appearances: $100 for Awesome Eagle, $100 for multiple TTU Cheer/Dance members
*If you would like to request Awesome Eagle AND members of the Cheer/Dance Team, you must submit 2 separate requests
*Maximum appearance time of 1.5 hours
*Refunds not available without a 48-hour notice.
*Weather cancellations – If weather cancels the event, you may request an appearance in the future with no charge IF you have already paid for the cancelled event.
