COOKEVILLE, Tenn. - Fourteen Tennessee Tech football players will be highlighted during a two-minute Player Profile segment on each Watson Brown Show this season. If that's not enough, extended versions will also be avaible on the Tech Athletics YouTube channel after The Watson Brown Show airs.

This week, redshirt junior Cody Forbes shares his story and personality with viewers. A multi-talented athlete, Forbes found a home in Tech's backfield as a true freshman and saw his playing time and contributions increase throughout his first season, he then continued to show improvement as a sophomore with increased strength. Last year, he was forced to take a medical redshirt season, but appeared back to full strength during 2013 spring drills... Forbes is known for his good route running ability out of the backfield and provides an additional dangerous threat as a receiver. This season, he is expected to return to action with plenty of opportunities to handle the ball.
