COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- It's a special event that comes around this time every season. First Tennessee Bank will sponsor its annual Football Poster Night Thursday when Tennessee Tech hosts Cumberland University in Tucker Stadium in the season opener for the Golden Eagles.

Golden Eagle fans can get their copy of the 2013 Golden Eagle poster, compliments of First Tennessee Bank, as they leave the stadium at the end of the game.

It's one of three special events planned for the game against the Bulldogs, which is also Communiversity Night. The Golden Eagles look to get the season started with a victory in front of a large, partisan crowd for the 7 p.m. contest. The other special event is the first Running of the Freshmen, with the Class of 2017 joining President Philip Oldham in leading the team on the field prior to kickoff.

The 98.5 KISS FM Tailgate Park opens at 4 p.m.

The 2013 First Tennessee Bank schedule poster features six of Tech's 12 seniors, and was designed by WD Stone & Associates.
