COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- Tennessee Tech's exhibition soccer match
against Tennessee Wesleyan on Saturday (Aug. 14) has moved to a 4
p.m. CDT start, one hour earlier than previously schedule.
Admission is free.
The Golden Eagles opened the year last Monday with an exhibition
contest against Alabama. The contest with Tenessee Wesleyan is the
final action of the preseason for first-year coach Daniel Brizard's
team. The Golden Eagles get the regular season underway Friday,
Aug. 20, with a match at Auburn.
The first home match for Tech in 2010 is on Sunday, Sept. 5, when
UNC Ashville visits for a 3 p.m. encounter.
