SENIOR (2017): Susnjar had a solid senior season for the Golden Eagle track team...she bested her 2016 school record twice in the javelin, first at the Austin Peay Invitational with a 39.35-meter throw, and then again with a 40.18-meter throw in the OVC Championships to earn the Tech team valuable points in the championships and further concrete her school record mark...she also set a personal best throw in the shot put at the Vanderbilt Opener with a 10.92-meter mark.

JUNIOR (2016): For the first time in her collegiate career, Susnjar threw shot put indoor...notched a season-best mark of 35'5" (10.79m) at the Music City Challenge...primarly participated in javelin in the outdoor season, where she grabbed a career-best mark and school record with a 128'9" (39.25 m) throw...her second best throw was 125'9" (38.32m), which she captured at the Burtus Hamilton Challenge (Berkley, Calif.) when she placed third overall...placed third in the javelin at the Ohio Valley Outdoor Championships.

BEFORE TECH: Antonia was a bronze medalist in the javelin at the Conference USA Championships in 2015, and owns a personal-best throw of 139 feet (42.36m), a mark she achieved at the Kentucky Relays (April 19, 2014) as a freshman...also had a toss of 138' 9" a week later at the Arkansas State Red Wolf Open...her best javelin toss as a sophomore came with a third-place finish at the C-USA meet (May 17) meet at 136' 8"

HIGH SCHOOL: Antonia was a standout for the track team in her high school, ranking second in the country in the shot put...helped her 4x100m relay team rank second in the nation...earned a spot on her national team in 2014.

PERSONAL: The daughter of Ante and Bozenka Susnjar...born July 22, 1994 in Split, Croatia.

ACADEMIC: Susjnar is majoring in biochemistry and cell and molecular biology...named to the 2016 Athletic Director's Honor Roll and Dean's List.
