COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- Tennessee Tech Athletics is adding a new twist to its season ticket sales -- but this special offer is available for one day only.

On Tuesday (Aug. 19), the Athletics staff will deliver season tickets to anybody who places an order that day within the Cookeville city limits in 60 minutes or less -- or the tickets are FREE. Deliveries will be made by a variety of Athletics personnel, including head football coach Watson Brown, mascot Awesome Eagle, and some surprise guests.

This special delivery offer is right in tune with the Golden Eagle theme of the "Fastest 60 Minutes in Football" and is good for every type of Golden Eagle season ticket option including the Back the Golden Eagles Plan, the Family Plan, and regular season tickets.

This delivery offer is good only for season ticket orders made over the telephone, and orders must be placed between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. CDT on Tuesday, Aug. 19. The clock starts once the call has ended. This offer is only available for deliveries within the Cookeville city limits.

The Golden Eagles host six games in Tucker Stadium in 2014, beginning with a Thursday night kickoff against Kentucky Christian on Aug. 28. Other teams scheduled to visit are Murray State (Oct. 4), Eastern Kentucky (Oct. 18), Eastern Illinois (Nov. 1), Southeast Missouri (Nov. 8) and Chattanooga (Nov. 15).
