COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – Fans are invited to the Hooper Eblen Center on Wednesday as Tennessee Tech will hold a press conference in the Eagles' Nest to introduce new head football coach Bobby Wilder.
The free event will start at 11:30 a.m. CT and is open to the public. Hosted by University President Dr. Phil Oldham and Director of Athletics Mark Wilson, the event will also be streamed live on ESPN+.
Wilder was announced Sunday night as the Golden Eagles' 13th head football coach after a stint as the head coach at Old Dominion where he helped restart the program after a 70-year hiatus. He put together a 46-14 mark on the Football Championship Subdivision level with the Monarchs, before overseeing ODU's transition to the Football Bowl Subdivision and affiliation with Conference USA.
