Two new ticket packages now on sale for 2015-16 Golden Eagle basketball season

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- In addition to the regular season ticket options that have been on sale for a couple of months, Tennessee Tech Athletics is now offering two new ticket packages for the 2015-16 Golden Eagle basketball season which combine games on eight different dates in each. The plans are called the Gold Pack and Purple Pack, and each includes 11 games.

"These two ticket plans are perfect for businesses, they feature some of our most popular games, and they are on a variety of different nights of the week," said Leveda Dexter, coordinator of marketing and corporate sales for Tech Athletics. "A business can use these tickets to give to their clients and customers, or their employees and families. Both plans run the entire season, from November through February, and include both women's and men's games, plus some OVC doubleheaders."

Each of the two ticket packages is $200, and includes six tickets to each of the eight days of Golden Eagle basketball in Eblen Center, or 48 total tickets. That breaks down to just $4.16 per ticket.

The games included in the Gold Pack begin on Nov. 16 with a women's game vs. Mercer, and run through the men's OVC game against Morehead State on Feb. 25. There are six women's games and five men's games, including doubleheaders against SIUE, Southeast Missouri and Jacksonville State.

The Purple Pack starts on Nov. 19 with the women's contest against Georgia State and runs through the Feb. 27 OVC doubleheader against Eastern Kentucky. The Purple Pack includes six men's and five women's games, including the OVC doubleheaders against Belmont and Eastern Kentucky. The non-conference doubleheader on Dec. 18 when the women host Louisville and the men face Miami (Ohio) is also featured in the Purpple Pack.

Of course, the regular season ticket options are also still available, with prices for adult or seniors, plus Tech employees. There is also a youth plan, which features membership in The Hoop Troop.
