Rain pushes Friday’s soccer match with EIU to Saturday at 11 a.m.

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – Due to heavy rainfall and soggy field conditions, Friday's Tennessee Tech soccer match with Eastern Illinois has been postponed to Saturday morning at 11 a.m. CT.

The match will mark the first time that the Golden Eagles have played at Tech soccer field since Sep. 7, when TTU locked up with Western Carolina. The Golden Eagles have played their last eight on the road.

Eastern Illinois enters the match having just snapped a three-match slide thanks to a 3-1 home victory over Austin Peay on Sunday, Oct. 5.
