HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – The Tennessee Tech women's basketball team will look to continue its hot start on Sunday as the Golden Eagles take on Northern Kentucky.

Tipoff is set for 1 p.m. Central. Roger Ealey will have the call on 106.1 The Eagle, while the game will also be streamed on ESPN+ (subscription required).

Sunday's game is the fourth meeting all-time between the two teams with the Norse leading the series 2-1. Tech won the last meeting in 2016 with a 55-40 victory in Cookeville between first-year head coaches Kim Rosamond for Tech and Camryn Whitaker for NKU.

The Norse, meanwhile, are 2-1 with both victories coming in overtime. NKU won a triple-overtime thriller as they topped the Bisons 101-95, then defeated Dayton on the road in an 82-78 double-overtime contest. NKU's loss came 77-54 at Kent State.

NKU averages 79.0 points per game, while allowing an average of 83.3. The overtime games have elevated their averages as the Norse are putting up 44 rebounds, 16 assists, 5.7 steals and 2.3 blocks per game. They are shooting .395 from the field, .268 from 3-point range and .644 from the free-throw line.
