JACKSONVILLE, Ala. – The Tennessee Tech track and field team competed in their first outdoor meet of the season on Saturday as they took on host Jacksonville State, Georgia State, and North Alabama.
Tech competed against Jax State and Georgia State in a head-to-head battle as well. The Gamecocks and GSU both took the head-to-head competition from the Golden Eagles. JSU won 111-62, and GSU claimed the win with a 138-40.
The Golden Eagles hit the track again when they head to UNC Charolette on March 21 and 22 for the 49er Classic.
