COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- Tennessee Tech football fans planning to make the trek to Oregon for the Golden Eagles' Sept. 15 game at the University of Oregon -- or TTU alumni and friends already on the west coast -- are invited to a Tailgate gathering hosted by the TTU Alumni Association.

The tailgate is from 9-11 a.m., and will be located outside University of Oregon’s PK Park baseball stadium, 2800 MLK Jr. Blvd., in Eugene. Kickoff is scheduled for 12 noon PDT (2 p.m. CDT), making for an early start for fans planning to include tailgating activities in their gameday experience.

Listed below is detailed information from the Universty of Oregon regarding tailgating and other options at the game at Autzen Stadium:


Gameday Information

PROHIBITED in Autzen Stadium

No alcohol is permitted in the stadium except in licensed pavilions where it may be legally dispensed.

The University of Oregon is now a Smoke & Tobacco Free University. In accordance with this new policy, smoking is not permitted in or around Autzen Stadium.

Open umbrellas will not be permitted in the seating and aisle areas of Autzen Stadium. Glass or metal containers, vacuum bottles or other similar insulated containers (thermos-type containers), open plastic beverage containers (unless empty), weapons, fireworks, laser pointers, explosives or munitions are not permitted inside the stadium. Patrons agree as a condition of the ticket license to allow inspection of any articles capable of concealing these prohibited items.

The throwing of footballs, frisbees, balls, or other such objects is not allowed inside the stadium seating, tunnel or ramp areas.

Accessibility Services

Accessible seating areas for patrons in wheelchairs and a guest are available in Autzen Stadium. To check on availability or make arrangements for accessible seats, please call the Oregon Athletic Ticket Office us at 1-800 WEBFOOT or stop by the Athletic Ticket Office in the Casanova Center.

Accessible parking is available via Entry 5 off Leo Harris Parkway for $20. A DMV issued placard and proof of placard ownership is required for parking. Parking is first come, first served and compliant with Oregon law regarding wheelchair users in specified spaces. Contact 541-346-5293 for more information.

Alternative listening devices are available for checkout from Guest Services.

Courtesy transportation for disabled and senior patrons is available via tram from the lower concourse into the stadium. Trams will run a minimum of 30 minutes and maximum of 1 hour after the end of the game. Shutdown after 30 minutes will vary according to demand.

An elevator providing service for our disabled patrons from the lower concourse to the main concourse is located inside the South Gate. Two main concourse elevators provide service for patrons sitting in the Club Seating area. Automatic Teller Machines

ATMs are available throughout Autzen Stadium on the main concourse during Oregon football games.

Commercial Services

All commercial activities must have prior written approval from the UO Athletics Department.

Duck Store

Visit one of several Duck Store merchandise locations throughout the stadium during the game for your official Duck gear, or the Duck Stores in the Moshofsky Center or in Portland all year round.

Duck Vision

For information on posting birthday or anniversary messages on Duck Vision, please call (541) 346-5417. Orders must be placed at least 10 days in advance of the game and are subject to availability. Click here for the Duck Vision request form.

Garbage/Recycling

Please respect the parklands surrounding the complex by discarding items before leaving Autzen Stadium.
(in the stadium) Garbage containers are located in the main concourse and restroom areas. Blue co-mingle recycling containers are located near concessions & may be used for paper, cardboard & plastic bottles.
(outside the stadium) Garbage containers and blue co-mingle recycling containers are located near gates. Paper, metal, cardboard & plastic can be recycled.

Gates

The perimeter gates will open three hours prior to kickoff for Moshofsky Center access. The stadium gates will open 90 minutes prior to kickoff.

Guest Services

Guest Services is located at the east and west ends of the main concourse. Services include alternative listening device (ALD) checkout, lost children, lost & found, advance ticket sales and stadium information.

Lost & Found

During game day, lost & found is located at Guest Services at the east and west ends of the main concourse. The first business day after the game, items such as wallets, cell phones & jewelry are transferred to the Office of Public Safety, (541) 346-5444. All other items (clothing, stadium chairs, etc) are transferred to the EMU Break (541) 346-3711.

Medical Services

Medical Services rooms are located at the east and west ends of the main concourse. In addition, Red Cross teams are located within the seating bowl.

Paging Policy

Spectators in Autzen Stadium will be paged over the public address only in situations warranting an emergency. To contact someone in attendance, call the Office of Public Safety at (541) 346-5444 .

Post-Game Field Access

Per Pac-12 rules, and the safety of players, coaches & officials, fans are not allowed to access the field until 5 minutes after the conclusion of the game.

Car and RV Parking

The parking lot will open four hours prior to kickoff and a Reserved parking pass will be required for entry. All Reserved parking passes are given out as a donor benefit to members of the Duck Athletic Fund, except for Accessible (ADA) parking available through Entry 5. ADA parking requires a DMV disabled placard or license plate and costs $20 per game.

Reserved Parking

If your reserved space is north of the construction fence, it is recommended you enter the lot through Entry 2. If your bumper is south of the construction fence, it is recommended you enter the lot through Entry 4 or 5. Motor homes will be directed to their reserved location through Entry 4. Entry 3 may be closed due to construction.

RV Parking

Please note that RV parking in the Autzen Stadium lot is only available with a reserved parking pass. There is no individual game parking available in the Autzen Lot.

Science Factory Parking

Season and single game advance parking passes are available adjacent to Autzen Stadium at lots managed by the Science Factory. University of Oregon Alumni Association members receive a 10% discount. For maps and pricing information, please see the Science Factory's web site

Park and Walk

Fans parking on city streets and neighborhoods should comply with all posted parking restrictions, as they are enforced by the City of Eugene. Individuals parking and walking to events should review parking information available below:

Bicycle Parking – Duck Pen

Secured bicycle parking will be available for each home football game at the rate of $1 per bicycle. The Duck Pen, serviced and supervised by the Eugene Active 20-30 Club, will open three hours prior to kickoff and close one hour after the game. This secured bicycle area is well-lit and is located between the Science Factory and the Autzen Footbridge. Proceeds collected from bicycle parking will be donated to various children's charities in lane county.

UO DuckExpress – BUS Shuttles

The Sports Shuttles provide the fastest, easiest, and least expensive transportation to Autzen Stadium on game days. The cost is only $6 round trip and is collected during pre-game boarding. Back by popular demand, the DUCKExpress Season Pass is good for all seven home games for only $25 (a savings of 40 percent!). Purchase your season pass online at goducks.com or at the Duck Ticket Office next to Autzen Stadium.

Shuttle service to Autzen Stadium begins 4 hours before game time. Buses run every 10 to 20 minutes from 8 Park & Ride locations.

Return trips from Autzen Stadium to Park & Ride locations are available ONLY during halftime and immediately following the game. Post-game departures will continue for 60 minutes after the game ends.
