2016 (Junior): Owens started in all 21 matches for TTU…accumulated 1,949 minutes on the pitch, the fourth most on the team…named to the All-OVC second team for the second consecutive season…three-time OVC Player of the Week (twice defensive, once offensive)…led the OVC with eight assists…tied for the team lead with 14 points, tanking in a tie for eighth in the conference…tied for third on the team with three goals…tied for third on the team with 30 shots…tied for first on the team with 19 shots on goal and had a .633 shot on-goal percentage…took 96 of Tech’s 97 corners on the season…had a career-high four points with a goal and two assists in a 3-0 win over Mercer on Aug. 28…tied a career-high with four points behind a goal and two assists in a 3-0 victory at Middle Tennessee on Sept. 9…took a season-high four shots and collected an assist in a 1-1 draw with ETSU on Sept. 11…had a three-point day with a goal and an assist in a 2-1 victory against Jacksonville State on Sept. 23…played all 90 minutes and took three shots in a 1-0 win over SEMO on Oct. 14…played all 90 minutes, took two shots and had an assist in a 2-0 victory over Eastern Illinois on Oct. 32…played all 110 minutes, had three shots, two of which were on-goal in a match that went to penalty kicks in the OVC Tournament semifinals against Eastern Kentucky on Nov. 4.

2015 (Sophomore): Owens appeared in all 20 matches for Tech, starting in 14-straight to end the year…named to the All-OVC second team…won the first ever Golden Wings Awards Play of the Year for her double-overtime game-winning free kick goal from 35 yards out against Austin Peay on Oct. 15…finished tied for fifth in the OVC with a team-best five assists…finished second on the squad with nine points…scored two goals…took a team-high 52 corners…recorded at least a point in five of six matches from Sep. 20 to Oct. 15…took a career-high five shots in a win against Radford on Sep. 13…assisted on the game-winning score in a 1-0 win at Belmont in the OVC opener on Sep. 24…scored her first goal of the season in a 3-0 victory over Eastern Kentucky on Oct. 2…registered a career-high three points, scoring a goal and collecting an assists in a 2-1 double-overtime win against Austin Peay on Oct. 15…tallied three shots against Murray State on Oct. 18…took two shots on-goal, playing in all 110 minutes in a tie at SEMO on Oct. 25.

2014 (Freshman): Owens appeared in 18 of a possible 19 matches in 2014, starting in seven of them for the Golden Eagles…played 952 minutes on the season…finished sixth on the team with 14 shots…ended tied for fifth on the club with six shots on-goal…notched two shots in the season opener against ETSU on Aug. 24…played all 90 minutes, recording one shot on-goal at Murray State on Sep. 26…registered a season-high three shots in a tie vs. Eastern Illinois on Oct. 11…played 79 minutes in tie at Austin Peay on Oct. 19.

High School: Owens lettered four years in soccer at Oldham County High School in Buckner, Ky…as a defender, earned second-team all-state recognition, first-team all-region honors, first-team all-district distinction, and a spot on the first-team all-region tournament team throughout her high school tenure…as a senior helped lead team to a 23-1-1 record, playing a pivotal role in a school record 17 shutouts…picked up three goals and four assists as a defender in her senior season…part of four district championships, two regional championships, four region finalist appearances, and one state semi-finalist appearance…President’s List for academic excellence…member of the honor roll and an AP Scholar.  

Club/ODP Experience: Owens played club as part of Javanon Club Soccer in Louisville, Ky. from 2009-13…suited up for the Kentucky Fire Juniors from 2013-14.
