Jasmine Cincore grew up in Tennessee and built an impressive prep career. After her collegiate playing days and starting her own coaching career, Cincore now is back home in Tennessee as part of Kim Rosamond's staff at Tennessee Tech as an assistant coach and co-recruiting coordinator.

Cincore comes to Cookeville with Ohio Valley Conference experience as she spent a season on the staff at Eastern Illinois, serving as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator. The Panthers finished the 2021-22 season tied for fourth in the conference standings. Cincore helped the Golden Eagles claim their first OVC tournament championship since 1999-2000 as Tech topped Little Rock in the championship game.

A standout at Briarcrest Christian near Memphis, Cincore was twice named Miss Basketball by the TSSAA for Division II Class AA in 2013 and 2014, helping lead her team to four straight Division II Class AA state tournaments. A multiple-sport athlete, Cincore also won a TSSAA state championship in track and field, taking the top spot in the shot put.

She earned All-State honors from the Tennessee Basketball Coaches Association and the Tennessee Sports Writers Association, while also earning a spot on USA Today's All-Tennessee first-team lineup in 2014.

Cincore went on to play at Nebraska and was a model student-athlete, excelling on and off the court. She was named the Cornhuskers' Defensive MVP in 2018, while was also the team's Lifter of the Year in 2017. She was on Nebraska's Student-Athlete Honor Roll for seven semesters and made four appearances on the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team. She was named to the Academic All-Big Ten team three times and was selected as a participant in the Women's Basketball Coaches Association's "So You Want To Be A Coach" program in 2018.

She completed her collegiate career with 66 starts across 112 games, averaging 20.3 minutes per game. Cincore also helped lead Nebraska to NCAA Tournament appearances in 2015 and 2018.

She earned her bachelor's degree from Nebraska in advertising and public relations in 2018.

It didn't take her long to break into coaching as she accepted an assistant coach position with Murray State College in Oklahoma, a position she held for the 2018-19 campaign. Cincore then spent the next two years at Rogers State.

In May 2021, she joined Matt Bollant's staff at Eastern Illinois. In her time in Charleston, she assisted with the development of guards and posts, while also overseeing the staff's recruiting efforts.

Cincore joins a program that is coming off an outstanding season as Rosamond and staff led the 2021-22 squad to 21 wins, a second-place finish in the conference standings, an appearance in the OVC tournament championship game, and the Golden Eagle's first win in the WNIT in 16 years.
