THE COMPETITION: The 11-team field consists of Austin Peay, Belmont, Eastern Illinois, Eastern Kentucky, Jacksonville State, Morehead State, Murray State, SIUE, Tennessee State, Tennessee Tech and UT Martin.

THOUGHTS FROM COACH BROWN: "We've been working towards this the entire year. The guys are ready to get after it. We gave ourselves a good chance last year heading into the last day. I know the guys are looking for that same kind of opportunity come Wednesday. They've put some good work in, but we're going to have to minimize mistakes. Our conference is very deep, so we will need to play smart and be patient. With the way the weather looks, we'll probably have some rain a couple of days while we are down there, so patience and a good attitude will be key for us to be successful. We're looking forward to the opportunity and are excited to see how it goes."

WHAT TO WATCH FOR: Last year, the Golden Eagles headed into the final day of the OVC Championships in third place and just five strokes back of the leader, Eastern Kentucky. Tech finished in a tie for sixth place and will look to redeem itself this season by once again having a chance at the title come Wednesday.
