A local product of nearby Livingston, Kaleb Qualls returned to the Upper Cumberland to assist Tennessee Tech Athletics in its efforts across campus.

Qualls was hired as a facilities and events coordinator in 2022 and works with the Tech Athletics facilities staff in maintaining the athletic venues and game day operations. He was promoted to senior external coordinator for facilities and events in June 2023.

A 2019 graduate from Cumberland with a bachelor’s degree in sports management, Qualls earned his master’s degree in 2021.

Qualls most recently worked with the Nashville Sounds minor league baseball team as a stadium operations associate, supervising the maintenance, parking and security personnel at First Horizon Park for baseball games and other events.

Prior to that, he spent six years at Cumberland University with one year as an athletics intern, then two years as a graduate assistant and game day operations, in addition to his years as a student-athlete for the CU baseball team between 2015 and 2019.

Qualls resides in Livingston with his wife Jaci.
