Title: Volunteer Assistant Coach

Jenna Lee joined the Tennessee Tech athletic performance staff as a volunteer assistant in the summer of 2022. She has been involved in the field of strength and conditioning in some capacity since 2013.

Realizing her passion for training the body and building relationships, she began working as an intern at Kentucky during her undergraduate years, assisting primarily with women's soccer, men's tennis, softball, women's cheer, and football. She also spent a summer in Australia training a semi-professional Australian Rules football team.

Upon graduation, Lee completed her master's degree in exercise physiology from Mississippi State while working as a graduate assistant with women's tennis, volleyball, and softball. She went on to become a full-time assistant strength coach at Mississippi State from 2016 to 2018, coaching the same teams she worked with as a graduate assistant.

Lee moved to Cookeville with her husband Trace in the fall of 2018, working in full-time campus ministry while still having the opportunity to teach undergraduate students in the exercise science department at Tech.

Currently, she and her husband work primarily with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at Tech, looking to serve the coaches and student-athletes in any way they can while raising their son, Kyler.
