Jessica (Mathis) Morgan moved into a new role for Tennessee Tech Athletics in July 2017, taking over as a financial associate and the ticket office manager for the recently retired Sandy Zimmerman, who served in the role for over 25 years.

Morgan joined the Tennessee Tech women's basketball staff in March 2010, serving in the important role of administrative assistant for the Golden Eagles until taking on her new role in the ticket ofice. In addition to handling day-to-day office duties, she also coordinated the program's annual awards dinner, mailing lists and recruiting contact information.

Born and raised in nearby Baxter, Tenn., she grew up around Tennessee Tech where her mother is employed. Jessica earned her bachelor's degree from Tennessee Tech in Interdisciplinary Studies in May, 2009, with a concentration in History and Literature. She worked four years at the University Center Bookstore as an undergrad. She received her master's degree in EXPW in 2015.

Jessica married Josh Morgan in September of 2010.
