Rebecca races into her final season on the Golden Eagle roster as one of the leaders in the program, and looks to continue to break career-best standards as a senior after establishing new 'best' times in every event as a junior...wrapped up her final cross country season by leading the team in every meet, and will continue to exhibit that level of leadership on the track...shows tremendous drive, determination and attitude...an accomplished athlete, she is also very successful in the classroom.

AT TECH (In 2013-14): Rebecca led the Tech women in every cross country meet during her senior season...career-best and season-best 5K time was 18:57.52 at the Vanderbilt Invitational, where she finished 56th overall...highest individual finish was eight at the JSU Invitational in 19:18.95....placed 12th at Evansville with a time of 19:37.35...paced Tech at OVC meet in 19:52.24, finishing 47th overall.

(In 2012-13):
Competed in all seven cross country meets in 2012, leading the team three times and placing second on the squad four times...her best time of the year came at the OVC Championships, where she clocked a 19:18.0 for 56th place overall finish...ran in three individual and one relay event during the indoor track season, and four inividual events during outdoors...posted career-best efforts in all three indoor events...clocked 10:46.68 at the OVC 3,000-meter run, and also had career-best of 18:41.49 at the same meet in the 5,000-meter event...her career-best indoor mile of 5:27.53 came at Virginia Tech...also had career-best times outdoors in all four events...ran 4:45.7 at Austin Peay in the 1,500m...nest 3K time was 10:37.64, also at APSU event...best time in the steeplechase was 11:54.27, coming at Western Kentucky...best time in the 5,000m was 17:44.89, clocked at Vanderbilt Invitational.

(In 2011-12):
Rebecca ran in all seven cross country meets in her sophomore campaign, leading all Golden Eagle finishers in the final four meets of the season...posted a season-best 5K time of 19:29 at Jacksonville State...led Tech with a 20:02 at the OVC Championships, then paced the team at the NCAA South Regional with a 6K time of 24:08... during the track season, Rebecca competed in the 800m, 1500m, mile run, 3000m, 5000m, 3000m steeplechase, and the 10,000m... during the indoor season at the OVC Championships, Rebecca earned two season-bests in the 3000m and the 5000m with times of 11:15.70 and 19:52.12... during the outdoor season, Rebecca ran her way to several season-best records, two at the Austin Peay Invitational in the 800m and the 1500m with times of 2:33.10 and 5:03.84 and then two at the Vanderbilt Invitational in the 3000m and the 5000m with times of 10:49.98 and 19:02.78... during the OVC Championships, she claimed a season-best in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 12:50.51 and a season-best in the 10,000m with a time of 43:33.54... she ran the best mile of her career at Southern Illinois during the indoor season with a time of 5:40.71 and her best career 800m at the Vanderbilt Invitational during the outdoor season with a time of 2:31.98.

(In 2010-11): Rebecca was stellar in her first season on the Golden Eagle roster...after placing fourth on the team in the opening meet at Sewanee, she improved to consistently lead the team in the meets to follow...placed second for the team at Western Kentucky and in the OVC Championship meet...led the team in the TTU Invitational, Furman and Evansville meets...achieved a career-best time of 19:13.24 at Evansville...competed in the mile, 1500 meter, 3000 meter and 5000 meter in track...was part of the distance medley relay that earned points at the OVC Indoor Championships with a time of 13:08.80...also in the relay were Traci Jones, Emily Weinzetl and Leah Bradley...posted a season-best time of 5:06 in the 1500 at Austin Peay, a season-best of 11:01 in the 3000 at Vanderbilt and a season-best 19:28 in the 5000 at the OVC Outdoor Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL: Rebecca came to Tech from Columbia Central High School where she lettered in cross country four years for coach Tammy Riley...named All-Mid State in her sophomore and senior years...also named team MVP in her freshman and senior years...also lettered one year in track for coach Vance Belew and lettered four years in basketball for Coach Lanier...graduated fifth in her class, demonstrating a solid work ethic in the classroom.
