In 2009 (Freshman): Kelsey was one of three Golden Eagles to start in all 28 matches and 112 sets…led the team in total blocks with 122 (1.09 bps) which ranked fourth in the OVC…led all newcomers with 198 kills (1.77 kps)…posted 33 digs, four assists and one service ace…recorded a career-high 15 kills vs. Southeast Missouri (9/18) and a career-high 11 total blocks against Murray State (11/19)…named to the OVC all-newcomer team.

High School: A four-year starter for coach Ruth Sunkle at Newark High School, Kelsey was named all-conference four times and all-state as a senior...two times her team MVP, she led Newark in kills three seasons and earned OCC-Ohio Division Player of the Year honors her senior season...set the school record for kills in a match with 34...also played club for Central Ohio Volleyball Club where she helped the team to a first place finish at the U.S. Junior Olympic Championships silver division as a freshman...member of the AAU National Tournament All-Star Team as a junior.
