COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee Tech junior forward Ellie Iaciofano has been selected to the 2012 All-OVC Second Team. Iaciofano led the Golden Eagle soccer team in both goals and points and tied for the lead in assists.
In addition to leading the Tech offensive attack this season, Iaciofano finished tied for third in the Ohio Valley Conference in points with 20 and tied for third in goals scored with eight. She also finished tied for sixth in assists with four on the season.
Her 20 points this season tied for ninth all-time in a single season in Tech history. She tied for ninth in goals in a season as well.
Iaciofano has recorded 29 points in her career so far, good enough to already rank her 10th on the Tech all-time career list for points. She also ranks 10th on the all-time career list for goals with 11 through just three years. She also recorded three multi-goal games during the season.
