THOUGHTS FROM COACH BROWN: "We are very excited to get our season started at one of the premier resorts and collegiate events in the country. Kiawah Island is a special place, and our women are ready to get down there and compete. We have been very fortunate with the weather coming off Christmas break. It has given the women adequate time to be outside and prepare for the tournament. The field is the largest in the country with, so this will immediately give us an idea of where we stand going into March."

WHAT TO WATCH FOR: The Golden Eagles will look to build early momentum for a short spring season that features just five events, including the Ohio Valley Conference Championships in April. Tech saw its fair share of success in the fall, including a first-place finish at the Starmount Forest Fall Classic in Greensboro, N.C.
