By Mike Lehman, Tennessee Tech Sports Information Coordinator

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – After a strong showing one week ago at the CSU Wendy's Invitational, the Tennessee Tech women's golf team will look to build off that success Monday morning as the Golden Eagles head into familiar territory at the F&M Bank APSU Intercollegiate.

The 36-hole event will feature an 8 a.m. CT shotgun start at Clarksville Country Club Monday morning. Playing at a par-72 and 5,960 yards, the event will feature 18 holes each day, with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday. Ten teams and 62 individuals make up the field, including the following:

Austin Peay
Belmont
Lipscomb
IPFW
Murray State (2 teams)
Northern Kentucky (2 teams)
Tennessee State
Tennessee Tech

Junior veteran Maddi Everts will look to pick up where she left off last week, placing third overall at the CSU Wendy's Invitational. Everts earned both All-Tournament and Ohio Valley Conference Female Golfer of the Week honors for her efforts.

"The ladies look to continue to build on some strong momentum from Charleston," head coach Polk Brown said. "We had some outstanding play both team-wise and individually at Rivertowne. With Clarksville Country Club comes a course that all the girls have seen in the past. It represents a great opportunity for the team to have a great showing and contend for the championship. There is no question that they have a great chance to go there and be successful."

Here's a look at the participating Golden Eagles:

  1. Maddi Everts (Jr.)
  2. Whitney Robertson (So.)
  3. Megan Williamson (Jr.)
  4. Anna Cunningham (R-Fr.)
  5. Lydia Triplett (So.)
  6. Haley Davidson (So.) – Individual
  7. Allison Geer (Jr.) – Individual
