Women's Golf

In Spring 2013 (Freshman): Williamson finished up her first collegiate season with an average score of 81.08… earned top 25 finishes in three of her final four tournaments, including a 23rd place finish at the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate (Mar. 17-19)… helped lead the Golden Eagles to a first place finish at the same tournament… also nabbed top 25 finishes at the Samford Women’s Intercollegiate (Mar. 8-9) and the Ohio Valley Conference Championship (Mar. 21-23)… received the team's Impact Award for her efforts in her freshman campaign.

In Fall 2012 (Freshman): Williamson qualified for all five tournaments, totaling 12 rounds of play… her low round of 73 came in the first round of the Great Smokies Intercollegiate (Sept. 17-18)… finished tied for 16^th in the same event with a 73+78=151.

High School:  Williamson was a four-year letterwinner on the varsity golf team at Blackman High School… played under Coach Seth Burt… in her final season, finished 13^th in the TSSAA state tournament and was named the Daily News Journal Female Golfer of the Year… earned all-district honors each year for Rutherford County… as a senior, won the first flight of the Tennessee State Women’s Amateur and finished runner-up in the same tournament and flight in her junior year… graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Personal: The daughter of Todd and Jodi Williamson… born on July 29, 1994… full name is Megan Lynn Williamson… majoring in journalism with a concentration in public relations.
