AT TECH:
2011-12: Katy Beth competed in all five events during the
fall season, totaling nine rounds of golf...posted a low round of
74 at the F&M Bank APSU Intercollegiate in October...went on to
finish tied for 13th out of 64 golfers in the tournament...finished
the fall with a stroke average of 82.0, lowering her 2010-11
average by two strokes.
2010-11: Katy beth ended her first year at Tech with an average of 84.0. Her round low of 79 came in her first round at the APSU F&M Bank Intercollegiate Tournament on October 18th and also in the first round of the EKU Lady Colonel Classic on April 9th.
HIGH SCHOOL: Katy Beth comes to Tech from Henry County High School where she was the No. 1 player for the past three years...a versatile athlete, she also lettered one year on the basketball team and was an All-Mid State selection...on the golf course, she was an All-District 10AAA finisher all four seasons, won all-region honors for three years and was and was a Class AAA All-State winner in 2008.
PERSONAL: The daughter of Wyatt and Kathy Glover...birthdate is August 18, 1992...full name is Katy Elizabeth Glover...undecided on her major.
