Home times announced for Tech women's basketball

2021-22 Tennessee Tech women's basketball schedule

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – Fans looking to schedule their visits to the Hooper Eblen Center for Tennessee Tech women's basketball in the 2021-22 season now know the times as the home game start times were announced on Wednesday.

The Golden Eagles enter their sixth season with Kim Rosamond at the helm, directing an incredibly deep and experienced squad that returns all five starters after reaching the semifinals of the Ohio Valley Conference tournament for the second time in the last three seasons.

The home slate opens with an exhibition game on October 28 at 5:30 p.m. against Christian Brothers. There are three home games in November with Bethel (November 9) and Middle Tennessee (November 22) sharing a 6 p.m. start time. Chattanooga comes into the Eblen Center on November 13 with a 7 p.m. tip.

Tech has two non-conference contests at home in December as the Golden Eagles entertain Tennessee Wesleyan at 11 a.m. on Dec. 16 for the annual Education Day contest. Five days later on December 21, Samford comes to town for a 2 p.m. matinee.

Once Ohio Valley Conference play begins, all dates are doubleheaders starting with the Tech women at 5:30 p.m., with the exception of the January 8 doubleheader against Eastern Illinois. The game against the Panthers will tip off at 1 p.m.

  • 2/17 | Southeast Missouri | 5:30 p.m.
  • 2/24 | Tennessee State | 5:30 p.m.
  • 2/26 | UT Martin | 5:30 p.m.
