Registration

Registration will open March 15, 2020, and will remain open until April 8, 2020 at 5 p.m. (Central Time). Accepted unattached entries will be required to pay online via Direct Athletics. The performance list will be posted on Thursday, April 9, 2020 at 10 p.m., followed by the final schedule, which will be posted on TTUSports.com on Friday, April 10, 2020. All entries should be done online through Direct Athletics prior to the deadline.

Entry Fees:

Entry Fees are ($200 - $350) per team (men and women are considered separate teams). Entry fees will be collected at packet pickup. Checks should be made payable to the Tennessee Tech Athletic Department. Please do not mail payment. Unattached students will pay a $5 entry fee with a student ID at packet pickup. Unattached post-collegiate entries will be $20 and must be paid online with a credit card at www.DirectAthletics.com at the time of entry.

Packets and Heat Sheets

Packets will be available for pick-up Saturday morning during check-in. Heat sheets will be included in each packet.

Results

Live results will be posted on deltatiming.com. Final results will be available from the press box after the meet and will be posted underneath the west stadium stands.

Parking

Parking is available at 1100 McGee Blvd, Cookeville, TN, in a large lot south of Tucker Stadium. Buses may drop off and pick up athletes at designated areas. Buses may not park along Chimes Street, please call your bus driver when your team is ready to be picked up. Bus parking will be in the designated lot. Any illegally parked vehicles may be subject to ticketing and may be towed.

Athlete Check-in

Track events: Athletes must check in before the start of the preceding event with the clerk of course (adjacent to the 110m start) 30 minutes prior to the event (please keep in mind that we will be on a rolling schedule). All athletes must have their spikes checked prior to check-in. 

Field events: Athletes must check in 20 minutes prior to the start of their event with the head judge at the event site. Please note that the throwing area is not located within Tucker Stadium, however, transportation will be available to bring athletes and spectators to and from the throwing venue. The pole vault and high jump will be contested in front of the jumbotron on the south end of Tucker Stadium, while the long jump and triple jump events will be located on the north end of Tucker Stadium.

Relay Cards

Relay teams should fill out a relay card and turn it into the clerk of the course. This constitutes the check-in for relay events. 

Qualifying

All running events will have multiple heats, all events except the 100m, 100m hurdles, 110 hurdles will have finals against time. In the field events, athletes will take three attempts in the prelim, the top nine marks from the preliminary round will advance to the finals round.

Implement Weigh-in

Implement inspections will be held in the throws area. All implements must be weigh-in at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled event start time.
