Exhibiting tremendous speed, Atlanta has unlimited potential in
both the sprints and jumps, turning that accelration into distance
when she leaves the ground...already the school record holder in
the outdoor triple jump, she could put her name on more school
records before her career is finished.
TECH (2013-14): (Indoor) Atlanta set personal
records in the Triple Jump, Long Jump, and the 400m...triple Jump:
36’ 0.25...long Jump: 16’ 7”...one of the top
400m sprinters on the Tech squad, Atlanta posted a personal best of
1:00.18. (Outdoor) Atlanta not only set a personal record in the
Triple Jump, but she also broke the school record with a jump of
37’ 08.5”...had a very promising season both indoor and
outdoor...no doubt she will continue to grow and become an even
bigger asset to the Tech team.
Before Tech: Competed in the 400 and triple jump
at King University in Bristol, Tenn. ... won the district meet 400
meter-dash.
HIGH SCHOOL: Atlanta was a three-sport athlete at
Spring Hill, competing in volleyball, basketball, and track.
PERSONAL: Atlanta Dominique Westbrook is the
daughter of Timothy Westbrook and Marnita Westbrook ... born Nov.
7, 1992...majoring in exercise science and pyschology.
