Chelsea is in her 3rd season as a member of the Tech track team. She has been one of the leading sprinter/jumpers among the Tech team and continues to work hard.

TECH (2013-14): (Indoor) Chelsea set personal records in the Triple Jump, Long Jump, and the 200m in the indoor season...leads the Tech squad in both the Triple and Long Jump with personal records, as well as school records of 36' 11.5"(Triple) and 17' 5.5"(Long)...setting a new personal record in the 200m with a time of 26.92. (Outdoor) In outdoor season, Chelsea set a new personal record in the 100m with a time of 12.55 and in the 200m with a time of 26.64...which kept her at the top spot for those events amongst Tech sprinters.

TECH (2012-13): During Mils' first season at Tech, she competed in six different events, including triple jump, long jump, the 55m, 60m, 200m, and the 4x100m race ... Mills proved to be a threatening athlete, setting PR's all season long, including a 26.69 in the 200m race at Western Kentucky.

HIGH SCHOOL: Chelsea comes to Tech from Red Bank High School in Chattanooga, Tenn. In high school, she played basketball receiving two letters, cross country, receiving one letter, and track receving three letters... was the captain of both her cross country team and track team... recipient of the Athlete of the Year award by both her high school and the Marine Corps... recipient of the Hustle Award... reveived several academic awards including the D.A.R Award, Principal’s Award, Freshman of the Year Award, and was also Junior and Senior Class President.

PERSONAL:  Chelsea Ann Mills is the daughter of Pamela Ray. She was born on December 27, 1993 in Chattanooga, TN. She is majoring in Sports Management aspiring to be a Sports Agent.
