COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- Coach Tony Cox has announced a couple of
changes to the schedule in April for the Tennessee Tech women's
track & field team, beginning this coming Saturday when the
Golden Eagles will compete in the Jacksonville State
Invitational.
Tech was originally slated to compete at the Austin Peay
Invitaional this weekend in Clarksville.
The second change will be on the weekend of April 16-17.
Originally scheduled to run at the one-day Murray State
Invitational on Saturday, Tech will now compete on Friday and
Saturday at the Vanderbilt Invitational.
Last weekend the Golden Eagle women took first place in the
five-team TTU Invitational in Tucker Stadium. Tech athletes set one
school record and five personal best marks in the meet, and now
look to improve on those numbers in the JSU meet.
