COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – With heavy rains in the Southeast the last couple of days, and even more expected to fall before the start of this weekend's action, Furman has cancelled its 2019 Furman Softball Invitational.
The tournament field was scheduled to include Tech, Towson, Stony Brook and the host Paladins.
The Golden Eagles (3-5) will return to action on March 1 at the Alabama State Invitational against Southeastern Louisiana, Alabama State, Southern and Eastern Kentucky.
