In 2015 (Junior): Madison appeared in 55 games, starting in 54 of them for the Golden Eagles…appeared primarily as an outfielder…hit .233 (34-146) with 25 runs scored, two triples, three home runs, and 22 RBI…finished second on the team with 10 doubles…walked 17 times and had an on-base percentage of .324…upped her average to .281 (16-57) during OVC play with 11 runs scored, four doubles, one triple, two home runs, and nine RBI…hit .308 (4-13) with three runs scored during the OVC Tournament…doubled twice, scored two runs, and collected two RBI in a win against Eastern Kentucky in the OVC Tournament opener on May 6…went 2-for-4 with a run scored and an RBI in a win at Morehead State on May 2…went 3-for-5 with a double and three runs scored in a doubleheader sweep against Austin Peay on Apr. 18…delivered a walk off sacrifice fly in a win over Jacksonville State on Apr. 12…went 2-for-3 with a home run, two runs scored, and two RBI against Belmont on Mar. 29…went 2-for-4 with a home run, a double, two runs scored, and three RBI in a win at Samford on Mar. 18…went on a five-game hit streak from Mar.7-15…produced a five-game hit streak from Feb. 8-15.

In 2014 (Sophomore): Madison was one of two Golden Eagles to start in all 59 games…led the team with a .300 batting average, going 51-for-170 out of the No. 2 spot in the batting order…tops on the club with 19 extra-base hits, 11 doubles, a .488 slugging percentage, 25 walks, and a .411 on-base percentage…led the team with three triples…socked five home runs and drove in 24, while finishing second on TTU with 32 runs scored…finished second on the team with a .325 batting average during conference play…made just two errors all season long…named College Sports Madness OVC Player of the Week after helping lead Tech to a 4-1 record in the Frost Classic hosted by UT Chattanooga from Feb. 21-23, driving in the go-ahead run in the sixth inning or later in three of the Golden Eagle victories…hit .444 (4-9) in the OVC Tournament, reaching base six times for a .545 on-base percentage…ended the year on a four-game hit streak, including going 2-for-4 with a home run and two runs scored in a victory over Morehead State in the regular season finale on May 4…went a combined 4-for-6 with four RBI, a home run, and a double in a twin bill sweep of Southeast Missouri on Apr. 19…drove in a run as part of a 2-for-4 showing in a win against Tennessee State on Apr. 12…had a four-game hitting streak from Apr. 2-6…reached base five times with three hits and two doubles in a double dip with Eastern Illinois on Mar. 23…multi-hit performances in three of four games from Mar. 16-23…season best eight-game hitting streak from Feb. 15-Feb. 23…hit a game winning home run in a 1-0 win over Radford on Feb. 23…homered and drove in two against Kennesaw Sate on Feb. 15.

In 2013 (Freshman): Madison appeared in 38 games, starting in 37 of them for the Golden Eagles…finished third on the team with a .276 batting average…ended third on the Golden Eagles with 12 walks, posting a .372 on-base percentage…scored 11 runs and drove in 12…picked up 29 hits in 105 at-bats…hit one home run and three doubles…went 1-for-3 with two RBI’s in a win against Akron on Feb. 10…collected three straight multi-hit games from Feb. 10-16…went 2-for-3 against Kennesaw State on Feb. 17…recorded hits in nine out of 10 games from Mar. 8-29…went 2-for-4 with a run scored against Temple on Mar. 9…homered in a win against LIU Brooklyn on Mar. 9…went 2-for-5 with a double and a season high four RBI’s in a win against Providence on Mar. 10…reached base three times, including a double in a win against Eastern Kentucky on Mar. 30.

High School: Taylor helped Mt. Juliet win back-to-back Region 16 AAA Championships... finished her junior season fifth in the TSSAA... posted a .402 career batting average... named TSSAA AAA First Team All-State, Tennessean's First team all-mid-state, MTSCA all-academic team and all-district team her senior season... earned all-district tournament and all-district team as a junior... honored as Mt. Juliet's offensive player of the year her junior season and defensive player of the year her sophomore season.

Personal: Madison Lee Taylor is the daughter of Kevin and Melissa Taylor... birthday is September 29, 1994...twice named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll...once named to the OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll...majoring in special education.
