COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – With the Tennessee Tech softball team ready to head to Edwardsville, Ill. for the 2015 OVC Tournament, the Golden Eagle Sports Network has you covered. Fans will have the opportunity to listen to the action live on the radio or internet via FM 106.1 The Eagle.
COMPLETE OVC TOURNAMENT BRACKET
The Golden Eagles (28-26, 15-11) enter the tourney hosted by SIU Edwardsville, May 6-9, as the No. 4 seed thanks to the program's best conference record since 2007. Tech will kick off its quest for a seventh title on Wednesday with a 3 p.m. showdown against No. 5 Eastern Kentucky. A win in the double-elimination format would push the Golden Eagles to a Thursday 3 p.m. matchup with the winner of No. 1 SIUE and No. 8 Morehead State, while a loss would pin Tech against the SIUE-Morehead loser in a 5:30 p.m. elimination-game, also on Thursday.
Dylan Vazzano, who has been on the call for the webscasts on the OVC Digital Network, will provide play-by-play throughout the tournament.
Pre-game coverage will begin an estimated 15 minutes before each pitch.
The entire tournament will also be web streamed, free of charge, on the OVC Digital Network.
