Charlie is in his second season at Tech. He continues to train everyday in hopes of posting excellent times for the Golden Eagles in future seasons.

AT TECH (In 2011): Charlie ran in six meets in his freshman season with the Golden Eagles...set new personal records in four of those six meets...cut his 31:48 8K time at Sewanee by more than a minute in his second meet at Georgia State, running a 29:39...bested that time by one second at Jacksonville State with a 29:38...set his current PR at Evansville with a 29:30...had his best finish comparitively to the team at Georgia State, where he was the fifth Tech runner to cross the finish line.

HIGH SCHOOL: Charlie was a four-year letterman in cross country and track and field at Station Camp, where he competed in the 5K, 3200 meter, 1600 meter, 800 meter and 400 meter. He posted a personal record time of 16:40 in the 5K. Charlie was the top finisher on his team at the state track meet in each of his four seasons, leading the Bison to top 10 finishes each year, including a second-place finish his sophomore season. Station Camp won regional titles in three of Jordan's four seasons. Charlie won Station Camp's Career Excellence Award and was the Sumner County Runner of the Year in 2009. He earned all-county and all-Midstate honors all four seasons and was named all-state twice.

PERSONAL: The son of Mike and Robin Goode...born on Feb. 18, 1993...full name is Charlie Christian Jordan...majoring in nursing.
