WINSTON-SALEM, N.C—The Tennessee Tech men's tennis team closes out fall tournament play at the Wake Forest Invitational this weekend. The competition will be played at the Wake Forest Tennis Complex, but will move indoors to the Wake Forest Indoor Tennis Center if there is inclement weather.
The Golden Eagles will be one amongst 18 other teams competing in the tournament this weekend. The Tech squad will be joined by schools of: Wake Forest, Duke, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Kentucky, Indiana, NC State, Liberty, East Carolina, University of North Carolina-Greensboro, Navy, Dartmouth, Penn., Georgia State, Georgia Southern, Norfolk State, and Old Dominion.
Representing Tech at the tournament this weekend will be Eduardo Mena, Guillermo Nicolas, Alberto Esteban, and Carlos Tajes.
Tournament play will kick off on Friday and continue through Saturday and Sunday.
