COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – The Tennessee Tech tennis team returns to action on Tuesday afternoon as they head north to Louisville to take on the Cardinals in the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center at 2:30 p.m. CT.
Tech is back in action for the first time in 10 days, after a home match with Jacksonville State, originally set for Mar. 19, was rescheduled April 6.
The Golden Eagles head into Louisville with a 3-11 overall record, including 2-10 in non-conference play.
Louisville is currently 15-4 on the season in dual matches, with a 13-2 home record. The Cards have a 9-2 lead over the Golden Eagles in all-time matches.
Freshman Eduardo Mena leads the Golden Eagles from the No. 3 spot on the singles side with a 10-4 record. While junior Alex Arovin and sophomore Alberto Esteban have teamed up for a 7-3 record in doubles play.
