TULSA, Okla. --- Senior Alex Chen and junior Syrym Abdukhailikov finished up play in the ITA All-American Championships Tuesday.

 In singles action, Abdukhailikov took on Maryland’s, Maros Horny in the second round of the qualifying singles. Abdukhailikov put forth a good effort but he took the loss by the scores of 6-4, 6-4.

In doubles action Abdukhailikov and Chen took on the Texas team of Soren Hess-Olesen and David Holiner. The match was a close one but Abdukhailikov and Chen took the 9-7 loss.

TTU continues its fall schedule at the USTA/ITA Ohio Valley Region. The five-day tournament begins Oct. 20, in Knoxville, Tenn.
